1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

Prana provides:

  • Counselling (Alberta residents only)

  • Coaching (Canada‑wide)

  • Mediation (Canada‑wide)

Counselling is delivered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and follows Alberta’s professional standards. Coaching and mediation are not clinical services and do not replace therapy.

3. Booking & Payments

All bookings and payments are processed through Jane App. You agree to provide accurate information and follow all booking policies.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must follow the policy outlined in Jane App. Missed or late‑cancelled appointments may be subject to fees.

5. No Emergency or Crisis Services

Prana does not provide emergency or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services or crisis supports.

6. Independent Contractors & Collaborations

Prana may collaborate with or contract independent professionals (“Contractors”) to support service delivery. Contractors are not employees, partners, or agents of Prana or Ei Growth unless explicitly stated in writing.

Contractors are solely responsible for their own professional conduct, advice, services, and compliance with regulatory standards. Prana, Ei Growth, and Nimir Raval are not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, or negligence of independent contractors or third‑party providers.

7. Third‑Party Services & Referrals

Our website and services may include referrals to other professionals or organizations. These third parties operate independently. Prana does not control or assume responsibility for their practices, policies, or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prana, Ei Growth, and Nimir Raval are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, opportunities, or profits

  • Reliance on website content

  • Actions or omissions of independent contractors

  • Third‑party service failures

  • Website interruptions

Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prana, Ei Growth, and Nimir Raval from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of this website or services

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of content or intellectual property
