Accessibility Commitment

Prana Integrative Wellness Collective is committed to creating a space that is accessible, welcoming and usable for all people. Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We work to ensure that individuals of all abilities, identities and lived experiences can meaningfully access our services.

We aim to ensure that:

  • Our website is readable, navigable and compatible with assistive technologies.

  • Virtual sessions are accessible for clients using adaptive devices or alternative communication needs.

  • In‑person environments consider mobility, sensory needs and comfort.

  • Communication can be adapted to plain language when needed.

  • Accommodations are available upon request, without judgment or barriers.

If you encounter any accessibility challenges, please contact info@pranacare.ca so we can work together to support your access.

Inclusion, Equity and Anti‑Racism Commitment

Prana Integrative Wellness Collective is grounded in the belief that healing requires spaces where people feel seen, respected and safe. We are committed to practicing and upholding:

  • Anti‑racism

  • Equity, diversity and inclusion

  • Cultural humility

  • Trauma‑informed care

  • Respect for intersectional identities

We recognize that people carry experiences shaped by culture, race, gender, sexuality, ability, spirituality, migration, class and systemic inequities. These experiences matter and shape how individuals access care.

Our commitment includes:

  • Providing services that affirm and respect diverse identities and cultural backgrounds.

  • Challenging discriminatory beliefs, practices and systems that cause harm.

  • Engaging in ongoing learning, reflection and accountability around anti‑racist and inclusive practice.

  • Ensuring that all clients are treated with dignity, compassion and respect.

  • Acknowledging power dynamics and navigating them with care and transparency.

Inclusion is not a static statement. It is a continuous practice that requires humility, listening and action.

Safer and Brave Space Principles

Prana Integrative Wellness Collective is committed to creating both safer and brave spaces.

Safer Space Principles

  • Emotional and psychological safety are prioritized.

  • Clients are not expected to educate others about their identity or experiences.

  • Boundaries are respected and upheld.

  • Harmful language, discrimination or oppressive behavior is not tolerated.

Brave Space Principles

  • Clients are invited to explore difficult emotions, patterns and conversations with support.

  • Discomfort is approached with care, not pressure.

  • Growth is encouraged through compassion, clarity and relational safety.

This balance allows healing to unfold at a pace that honors each client’s readiness and autonomy.

Respect for Indigenous Peoples and Communities

Prana Integrative Wellness Collective operates on Treaty 6 Territory, the traditional lands of First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples. We acknowledge the ongoing impacts of colonization and commit to practicing cultural humility, respect and responsibility in our work with Indigenous clients and communities.

LGBTQ2S+ Affirming Practice

We affirm and support clients across the spectrum of gender identities, gender expressions and sexual orientations. Our services are inclusive, respectful and free from assumptions or bias.

Neurodiversity‑Affirming Practice

We recognize neurodiversity as a natural and valuable form of human variation. We adapt communication, pacing and strategies to support each client’s needs and strengths.

Commitment to Continuous Learning

We acknowledge that accessibility, inclusion and anti‑racism require ongoing learning and accountability. We commit to:

  • Regular professional development

  • Reflective practice

  • Updating policies and approaches as needed

  • Listening to client feedback with openness and humility
